SHELL EGGS: Daily National Egg Market-at-a-Glance 


Prices in New York are 4 cents lower for Medium, Large, and Extra Large.  Regional 
and California prices are unchanged.  The undertone is mostly weak.  Offerings are 
moderate to available.  Supplies vary by location.  Retail demand ranges of light 
to good, generally moderate to good.  Food service demand is light to moderate.  
Market activity remains slow to moderate. Breaking stock offerings are moderate 
for a light to moderate demand.  Spent hen offerings are moderate for reduced 
processing schedules.
